The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT73QR is designed to fit 2023 - 2024 Lexus RX 350 models and has not been confirmed to fit your RX 450h+. I purchased this receiver for my 2024 Lexus RX450h+. I confirm it fit perfectly once I removed the shipping tie-down at the rear passenger corner.
