Replacement 7-Way For 1999 Ford Van

Question:

I have a 1999 Coach House 192 Class B RV built from an Econoline E350. You just sent me a Primus IQ controller and the matching 3035-P wiring harness. When I plug it in Im not getting any power to the harness I tested the black and white wires, nothing there. That points to a bad fuse or relay somewhere... But I cant find which ones correlate to that factory plug Im plugged into. Any ideas? I cant find an accurate diagram. I also have no power to the aftermarket 7 pin at the rear. I can see that it has dragged on a surface some. I dont see any exposed or torn wires but they could be. Is there a replacement that plugs into the factory wiring that runs along the drivers side frame rail? Maybe theyre related? Maybe not? But Ill need to fix them both. Thanks for any help!

Hi John; for the fuse/relay we don't have any type of diagram either, but if you take a peek at the owner's manual of your Ford RV, they often have the fuse/relay locations so hopefully yours does as well.

Regarding the 7-way there is a plug-in replacement you can use, the Reese Multi-Plug Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # 74682.
