Hey Tex,
For a 1999 Ford F-550 I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57345. This air spring kit will require drilling into the frame and the distance from the outside of the frame to the inside of the tire must be at least 9" in order for it to properly fit. This set has 5,000lbs of load leveling capacity to help offset the sag caused by the weight of the camper.
If you'd like to be able to monitor and adjust the psi levels in your springs while on the go you can also pick up the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980EZ. This comes with both a remote and Bluetooth app to activate the compressor and monitor the psi levels inside of the springs without having to drill a gauge into the dash. The EZ-Mount feature will allow you to clamp the compressor to the frame without having to drill more holes.
