Recommended Replacement Equalizer for a 2022 Forest River Sandstorm 272SLC

Question:

Hello I have a 2022 Forest River Sandstorm 272slc with tandem 5200lb axles. I would like to replace the current equalizers with the morryde or similar equalizers. My bottom holes center to center is 6 1/8”. Center of top hole to center of bottom hole is 5” measured across. I was hoping for some assistance on what would fit. Thank you

Hey David, so for MORryde it looks like the closest option they have to what you need is going to be the MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR87ZR which has a 6 1/2" bottom hole spacing from center to center.

Lippert also offers an equalizer upgrade that is much closer to what you need with # LC696740. These equalizers have a 6" bottom hole spacing from center to center.

Apart from that, your only real option would be to use a standard equalizer # TREQ356 to replace what you've already got.
