I have a couple options you can look at first but without knowing exactly what suspension you have I can not say what will work. First if you have double eye leaf springs we do have the Tandem Axle Lift Kit # RR23QX which allows you to raise the trailer 1-1/4" or 2-1/4". These bolt to the spring hangers but again they are only for trailers with double eye leaf springs.
Another option would be an axle flip kit to place the axle below the leaf springs if it currently mounts on top of the leaf springs. We have a kit for a 2-3/8" Axle # K71-384-00 or a 3" Axle # K71-385-00. The amount of lift will depend on the axle diameter and the thickness of your leaf springs.
