What are the specifications for the bolts used to connect the Yakima Swing Base to this replacement tongue?

The bolts on the Replacement Tongue for Yakima Exo SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y26KV should be tightened to 100 Nm. This can be found on page 2 of the instructions for the Yakima EXO SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender - 2" Hitches # Y34VR which I attached below. I also included an installation video for your reference.

I need to replace my bolts and want to know what size, material, and grade is used.

@Michael Yakima says they don't have the information on the size, material, and grade of the bolts but I was able to get them added as a replacement part for you. The correct bolts are the # Y33AJ.
