Hi Stan,
For a 235/55R19 tire size I'd recommend the Konig Tire Chains # TH01594250. These chains can be quickly and easily installed and come with a self tensioner for faster setup. These are Class S compatible to be accommodate tight wheel clearances, but you should still refer to your owner's manual incase there's any special instructions or stipulations on snow chain usage.
