Recommended Hanging Bike Rack for a Townie Bike w/ Fenders

Question:

recommendation on best hanging hitch mount 2 IN to fit 2015 Toyota Venza with drawtight 75663. Need something light weight to easily take on/off to store in garage. My wifes bike is a Towne with fenders which negates the Kuat Sherpa I had decided on. I like the Kuat Beta. Seems like hanging racks all have an issue with lateral stability. I just cant justify expense of tray mounts that will work with fenders. Also 76 years old with shoulder issues.
