Since the only part of your current hitch you will be able to reuse is the Head # BWRVC3006 you may want to just invest in the entire hitch as it would make it easier to sell your current hitch. There are a couple options depending on the bed length and weight capacity from the list below.
20K Slider # BWRVK3775
20K Fixed # BWRVK3710
25K Fixed # BWRVK3715
Otherwise here are the list of Bases that you would need.
