What is Clicking Sound of Tow Vehicle that has Demco Stay N Play DUO Braking System Installed
Question:
I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and I have the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System. The issue that I am having is when I drive little tow vehicle and I apply the break I get a clicking noise all the time a apply the brake. I lowered the setting but it didnt make any difference. This seem to have started after we had to jack up with the rv. Any ideas on how to correct this issue.

It sounds like you are hearing the clicking sound of the LED brake application light that's normally mounted on the rear view mirror to let you know the DUO is applying the brakes. You should see if you can watch the light and see if the clicking corresponds with the light coming off and on.

OK so I checked the lights while driving the jeep, and no lights showed. Also if I turn the switch on on the black box, and step on the brakes the system applies the brakes fully. I have never had this issue before almost feels like the inertia switch is sticking. Thank you Albert
