Can A 2006 Ford Explorer XLT Use A Demco Universal Diode Wiring Harness

Will flat towed vehicle tail light kit part # DM9523010 work for a 2006 Ford explorer xlt and if if so will I need to install a relay also?

2006 Ford Explorer models unfortunately can't use a universal diode wiring kit so you'd have to either go with a bulb and socket light kit like part # RM-155 or plug-in magnetic lights like part # TL21RK. If you decide to go with the bulb and socket kit I recommend checking out the attached video below to help walk you through the installation process.
