What Information Can Be Provided About a 10,000LB Axle Braking System
Question:
Questions about a 10,000-lb axle braking system.

Expert Reply:
We have several braking system components for 10,000lb axles and it typically comes down to the manufacturer of the axle and when it was manufactured. If you have a Dexter axle it should have an id tag on the axle with a serial number that will allow us to contact Dexter and determine exactly what parts were installed on it from the factory.
If you can disassemble any of your brake and hub components you may find some manufacturer stampings or tags which will allow you to cross reference the correct replacement parts.
Please send me any information you can find on the axle and I can let you know what parts you may need or help answer any questions you have.
