How to Reduce Chucking w/ a Reese Revolution Pin Box
Question:
I have the Reese Revolution and with the wedge, moved the turning point 22inch back so I can make a 90 degree turn. My problem is the chucking is terrible. What do I need to do to get anti chucking pin box with the revolution turn?

It's the 5th wheel hitch that is responsible for chucking. A looser fitting jaw to the king pin of the pin box is the number one reason for chucking. There's not much you can do to the pin box, especially if you're wanting to keep the Reese Revolution or a comparable rotating pin box.
I recommend replacing your 5th wheel hitch with one that has a 360 degree jaw to kingpin contact. If you are using a set of 5th wheel rails in your 2017 F-250, the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3255 is going to be by far the best option. The Patriot has 3/4" thick dual jaws that provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact.
If your truck has the factory puck system you can use the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3300.
B&W 5th wheel hitches are known to offer the smoothest and quietest ride quality when towing compared to everything else out there. This is primarily due to the jaw design that holds the trailer king pin very tightly and the cushioning present in the hitch head.
