Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV

Question:

2 questions we have a 2023 kia sportage PHEV vehicle, Looking for a 2 inch hitch and just wanted to check if the normal sportage hitch will work on the PHEV model and the second question would be for wiring for a small trailer, would love to set it up for a trailer with brakes in the future, right now my trailer is a 4 prong flat, but if i could get a set up to work with a braked trailer and the flat 4 prong that would be great thanks blake

Hey Blake, yes the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver #DT22MR will also work with your 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV! Also, upgrading your 4 flat to a 7 way which will give you the ability to tow a trailer with brakes, is pretty simple - you'll just need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
