The Seal # 10-9 has proven to work as a replacement for your oil seal 15191VB. The outer diameter of this seal is only slightly larger at 1.987 versus 1.983 on your seal but I find if you place your seals in the freezer the metal will shrink slightly allowing you to more easily install them in the hub.
