Advice for Reaching Driver Side Frame Bolt by Additive Tank on 2013 F350 for Elite Rails Install

Question:

I have a 2013 ford f350 long bed diesel. I have everything installed elite hitch and rails and I am torquing the bolts on the rail brackets. All are tight except for the driver side bolt that attaches to the truck frame. The bolt head is easy to reach from the outside but I need a tip for tightening the nut on the bolt. From underneath the truck there is a plastic cover in the way. I think it covers the tank for the diesel additive. Any ideas on how to get a wrench or socket on the rail bolt nut? Thanks

I spoke to my contact at Reese and he said that when he installed the Reese Under-Bed Rail Kit part # RP30126 in a similar truck as your 2013 Ford F350 with the diesel additive tank he said that it was difficult to get to that nut, but he said that with a long thin wrench he was able reach it.
