Hi, I'm Shane with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the rampage grab handle. This is a very inexpensive way to allow your passengers and yourself entering and exiting your vehicle a little bit easier.Maybe you have your Jeep raised up in the air and find it a little bit harder to get in and out. This gives you something to grab onto to help yourself up into the seat. You can pick up a second set for the front. And you can also mount those in different locations.
With the rings on them, you can actually mount them to the post on the headrest. So you actually have a handle right here on the back of the seat for even smaller kids.Now, as far as the construction of the handles, the handles are very thick plastic. You can see, I can't really bend it so we know when we're grabbing onto it, we got a good solid hold or we're holding on to some solid. The strap itself is going to be of a nylon material that is similar to seatbelt material. And you're going to have eyelets at the end of each strap for easier mounting.
Our customer wants them mounted right here on their soundbar for the back passengers.A 10 millimeter socket. We're going to take out the bolts that are holding it in place. Take our bolt. I'm going to put it through. The washer that comes with the kit, I'm going to put it on top.
We're going to reinsert it or reinstall it right back in the hole.It's going to give us a little space between here in the handle to reach up and grab onto it when we want to get in and out of the vehicle. That's going to do it for a look at and the Rampage grab handle..
