Could a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix Tow a Wave Runner with a Trailer Hitch
Question:
Can I trail a wave runner with this product c12225
asked by: Craig R
Expert Reply:
That depends on the weight of your wave runner and trailer. The Curt Hitch part # C12225 that your referenced is a Class II hitch with 3,500 lbs towing and 350 tongue weight capacity. If your trailer falls under those figures, then yes, this hitch would work for you. You will need to also check your owner's manual to determine what your vehicle's towing capacity is as hitches for vehicles do not always have the same capacities.
The lower figure of the two would be your overall towing capacity. I attached an install video for you to check out.
