Roof Rack for 2014 Ford Explorer to Mount Surco Roof Cargo Basket

Question:

I have a 2014 Explorer with the factory raised roof rails. I also have an older surco safari roof rack that measures 42inch x 48.5. that I used on an old 89 Montero build using the original gutter mount towers. My question is: what cross bars and mounting kit do I need to mount the basket to the corss bars? Thanks!

The Malone Square Crossbar Roof Rack part # MPG202 is a confirmed fit for the raised rails of your 2014 Ford Explorer and would work with your Surco roof basket. We also have an aero bar version of this rack that would work too with the Malone # MPG216 if you'd prefer something a little quieter.
