Recommended 4-Way Wiring for 2024 Subaru Ascent

Question:

What do you have that can power the lights on a trailer? I need to add a trailer connector to my 2024 Ascent so I can use the brake lights and turn signals while towing.

What you need for your 2024 Subaru Ascent is a 4-way wiring harness. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56040 will plug into the connection point in your rear cargo area for a simple installation with no splicing required. This will give you a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.

If you don't already have a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
