Yes, it does. The 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket for Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level item # WM6700BK does require drilling. It comes with the necessary screws to install on your pin box.

You would need to check with the manufacturer of your pin box to see if drilling into it would affect your warranty.

To purchase the mounting bracket and level together you would want the Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level with 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket item # WM6780.
