Whats the difference between the 700 pound and the 2100 pound ratings?

The weight ratings for the etrailer Ratchet Straps w/ S-Hooks and Accessory Bag # e92NR have to do with how this has been tested. You need to keep your cargo under that 700 lb safe working load limit per strap, but you can have some peace of mind that these have been tested to 2,100 lbs before they failed.
Every ratchet strap system has to have these 2 weight ratings so the end-user knows how to properly use the strap.
