Weight Distribution Shank For 2-1/2" Hitch & Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution

Hello I have a BXW0873 weight distribution hitch that was supplied by trailer dealer. It has a 2 inch shank. My new truck 2023 F350 XLT has a 2.5 receiver. Will my weight Distribution head fit on the BLU26fr shank. If so what other hardware will be needed if any. thank you

We have a shank you can use with your Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution Hitch # BLU82XR (which is your BXW0873), but the TrackPro shanks like you asked about are a bit wider than standard. So what you can use is a more standard shank from Equal-i-zer:

- Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank - 2-1/2" Hitch - 10" Rise/6" Drop # EQ90-02-4900

This has the correct size and hole spacing, and weight distribution shanks do not have to have the same manufacturer as the hitch to work together. You will not need any other hardware either.
