I currently have 2 6v batteries wired in series to produce 12V. Could I hook this panel up to the battery bank2 wired in series?

Yes, you can wire the charge wires of the GO Power kit part # 34282610 to your battery bank that is wired in series. You'd connect it in series just like how the batteries are connected currently.
