Outside Diameter of Pollak 5-Pole, Round Pin Trailer Wiring Connector
Question:
I ride a motorcycle trike and the base plate for my trailer hitch has a 1 1/2inch face plate with a 1inch hole to accept the female plug. my question is will a 5 pin female plug fit into the hole

The outside diameter of the Pollak 5-pole Round Trailer Connector, part # PK11501 measures .80 inches. That is just a little under 13/16 of an inch. This is the trailer side connector. The matching vehicle side connector is # PK11502. The part of it that would fit into the hole is 0.974 inches.
