Troubleshooting A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Thermostat That Won't Turn On
Question:
The wall mounted display panel does not work no lights come on. Does not seem to be getting power but I tested with a multi meter and the water heater does get power?

If the wall thermostat of your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR isn't turning on then the first thing to check would be the switch inside of the unit (pictured below). Once you've confirmed that it is on you'll then need to trace the wiring to see if there's any kind of damage that could be causing the disconnect. If you don't find any damage to the wires and the unit is on then you may have a faulty thermostat and would need to reach out to LaSalle Bristol in order to get a replacement.
