Question:
I have a M105A2C trailer that I would like to get the brakes operational. It has 20 wheels. What are my options?

I don't have much information on the M105A2C but I imagine it isn't far off from the M105A2. The existing brakes are likely air over hydraulic. You can stick with hydraulic and convert to electric over hydraulic but I recommend switching to electric brakes. This is the option most people choose when converting the brakes on these trailers.
I'm not 100% sure on your axle but from what I was able to find it looks like it isn't over 7,000 lbs. Assuming that is true, and your drums are in good shape, you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA you were looking at. These are 12" x 2" brake assemblies that are rated for 5,200-7,000 lb axles and fit a 5 bolt brake flange. I recommend measuring your current hub and drum to make sure these will fit.
If you want to replace the hub and drum assemblies you will need to double check your bearings. The standard bearing combinations for 5,200-7k axles will all have a 1.75" inner diameter for the inner bearing and 1.25" ID for the outer bearing. You can measure your existing bearings or the spindle where the bearings ride using a digital caliper like # PTW80157. If this matches what you have, you can use the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K or the # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K depending on the capacity and bolt pattern you need. Either of these will work with the 12" brake assemblies.
You will also need to add a 7-way with the # 277-000141 along with the # 10-1-1 to run wire to the brakes. The last thing you will need is a breakaway like the Hopkins Engager # 20099. If you don't already have a brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED52VR. If you let me know what vehicle you have I can see if a custom wiring harness is available for a plug and play installation.
I have attached some installation videos below for your reference.
