The MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 33" Wheelbase # MR87ZR will improve how your trailer rides, but won't do anything for crosswinds.
The best thing you can get to help your trailer in crosswinds are SumoSprings for your trailer. They won't completely eliminate the body roll you get but they do help cushion the load and absorb its roll. The right one will depend on if your leaf springs are over or under the axle.
