Parts Needed to Use a Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack and Roof Rack with a Pace Edwards Ultra Groove

I have the pace edwards ultra groove bed cover. Im going to order yakima overhaul with hd bars. I wanted to also use the skyline product. Is this the correct landing plate to attach the skyline? I also want to use the HD bars and see I need an adapter is that correct?

You are wanting the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 which fits your Sierra and is compatible with your Pace Edwards Ultra Groove tonneau cover. This provides you with a ladder rack that uses Yakima HD bars.
Then you also want to use the HD bars on roof rack towers to provide a lower rack using the t-slots in your Ultra Groove Rails. In that case, the Landing Pad 4 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers # Y00224 are the correct landing pads to use in your Ultra Groove tracks to use the SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y53TR. You are also correct that you will need the HD Bar SL Adapter for Yakima # Y03541 to use the HD bars on the SkyLine towers.
