For A 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman you'll need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1308. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations:
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This tow bar includes safety cables so you won't have to purchase them separately.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into your factory wiring to display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your Mini.
Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. If you have air brakes then you'll need the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243 instead.
