No, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1674 is not the correct base plate kit for your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic and will not fit.
The correct Blue Ox base plate kit for your truck is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1682 which fits the 1500 LD or the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1660 for the 1500 HD, 2500 or 3500.
To flat tow your Silverado, you will also need a tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring and a supplemental braking system. If you need those parts as well, I have listed them for you below.
