Is Dexter Trailer Hub/Drum 8-285-11 Grease or Oil Bath

#285-11 is that grease or oil bath set up and can I have the part number that it you be as well ? Thanks

The Dexter trailer hub part # 8-285-11 is a grease hub. We do not have a version of this that is oil bath.

Looks like you have an 8k rated Hayes trailer axle hub which for that would require the part #8-285-11 for a replacement hub.

We do offer a grease cap for an oil bath hub that has a 2-7/8 inch diameter at the threads, part #RG04-230, however the total height of the cap is 1-3/4 inches. This is the closest thing we offer to the oil bath cap you referenced.
