Troubleshooting Difficult to Separate Connector for Tekonsha Wiring 2010 Honda Pilot
Question:
Having a really hard time removing the cap or the whole harness from the bumper area in a 2010 Pilot. What kind of tools would make it easier to remove the whole harness from the bumper so i can access the cap better? This is for part #118491

The connector that you have to separate to install the Tekonsha kit part # 118491 on your 2010 Honda Pilot can be a little bit difficult. Especially if it's colder out. I would try using a couple small slot screwdrivers to push down on the release tabs and then another slot screw driver to gently try and pry the two pieces apart.
