If your vehicle has the factory towing package installed then the Honda Pilot Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring (7-Way) w/ Circuit Protected ModuLite HD Module, item # 118253, will work on your vehicle and then you will need to use a 7-Way to 4-Way connector adapter, # PK12716, to convert the 7-Way connector to a 4-Way connector on your trailer if applicable.
If you do not have the factory tow package on your vehicle, or you only want to install a 4-Way connector, you can use the 4 Pole Trailer Connector, item # C59496, to provide a 4-Way connector at the rear of your vehicle. With this kit you will need to splice into the vehicle wiring behind the taillights and run a power wire through the included inline fuse to the vehicle battery. This kit includes everything needed to install the wiring harness including a circuit tester. I have included a link to the installation details below for both the # 118253 and # C59496 harnesses.
