For a vehicle that has separated turn and brake signals the Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Powered Tail Light Converter w Hardwire Kit and Tester # C59496 is the best option because it has all of those functions on separated input circuits, but then the module combines them and sends them to the 4-Way so your trailer gets the exact wiring setup it needs.
This also comes with a circuit tester so find the correct functions, and a power lead you run up to your battery so you won't be overdrawing the light circuits on your tow vehicle.
