We do have the Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47425 which adapts from a 7-pin round to 7-pin blade trailer connector. This adapter will only work if your tractor 7-pin has combined brake lights and turn signals.
If your tractor 7-pin has separate brake lights and turn signals you will need a 7-Round # PK11700, 7-Blade # PK12-707E and 3-wire to 2-wire Module # HM48847. This will allow you to create your own custom adapter which will work with the different 7-way type connectors. I have included an image below which identifies where the different wiring connects on the different connectors. Pay attention the the functions and not the wire colors.
