Will it work with the Duromax 9000 inverter generator on the back of a 5th wheel. Generator weight is 250 lbs

To determine if this amount of weight is safe to use on the back of your 5th wheel you will need to ensure it can handle the weight of your generator and the weight of the carrier(77lbs). If your owners guides do not list a weight capacity be sure to check with the manufacturer.
