Which Drop Brackets for Draw Tite Hitch 41990 for Freightliner Step Van
Question:
Which bracket kit should I get to put a drawtite hitch on my 1999 Freightliner step-van with Utilimaster body? I think it is the M45. Would the 7 inch brackets work? The 16 is also listed but much more expensive. I plan to tow a car and eventually a 2-3 horse trailer. Thanks!

I wish I could tell you exactly which would work but it's not something we have tested so we can't really help much. You'd would need to measure and see which would be the appropriate length of brackets with the Draw Tite # 41990.
We have the 16 inch part # 4916 and the 7 inches part # 4907.
