The absolute best brake controller for your 2023 Jeep Gladiator with the tow package is the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite and the corresponding wiring adapter:

I really like this option for 2 reasons; the first being that the control knob can be installed virtually anywhere in your cab for a truly custom application, and the second being that this controller has both proportional and user-control braking options. Proportional is your standard braking system which is best for everyday highway use, but the user-control setting is best for off-road and mountainous towing since it has more precise towing control.
