I can tell you how to find a replacement axle as well as tires for your enclosed trailer, though couldn't find any specific info on what your 2012 Royal 72 trailer has. The easy part is the tires, as all you have to do is take a peek at the tires and they will say their size right on them; for example, if it says ST205/75R14 (see photo below) you would need that size tire and could use the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10235.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of trailer tires for you once you find this. As for the axle, you will need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center; I have added a link below to a video which walks you through how to measure. The other thing you need to know is the weight capacity of the axle you need, which should match or exceed the GVWR of your trailer.
For example, the Dexter Trailer Axle # T3584F-8974 has a 3,500 lb capacity and measures 89 inches from hub face to hub face and 74 inches from spring center to spring center. I've added a link below to our selection of axles for you which you can filter through by length.
