Congrats on the new trailer. Weight distribution systems are recommended off of tongue weight. Tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's total weight, which puts yours somewhere around 400 lbs to 600lbs.

I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System item # EQ37060ET, you were looking at. This system has a tongue weight range of 200 lbs - 600 lbs so it will work perfectly with your trailer. I really like this system because of the built in 4-point sway control. This will not only keep your Highlander level but it will also keep your trailer in line when you are going down the highway. Sudden moves, wind gusts, or being passed by a semi always have the potential to create sway and this system will keep you protected.

I have linked a review video below so you can see how this system works.

One more thing I recommend you do is check with your owners manual or trailer's manufacturer to ensure that your aluminum frame is rated to be used with a weight distribution system.
