Can Dometic Water Heater DMC74FR Work In Place of Atwood Water Heater and Work with In-Command

I’m looking to replace my Atwood GC6AA-10E water heater. Will the Dmc74fr work with my In-command control panel? I saw it has a 110 cord on it to plug in an outlet. The Atwood doesn’t have that and this has me a little confused.
