Where does the Sikaflex 252 go exactly? I got the 301650 mounting adapter kit to put the awning on our Promaster van.

When installing the Thule HideAway Awning # TH490011 using the Dodge ProMaster Van Adapter for Thule HideAway Awning # TH301650, the Sikaflex 252 adhesive is applied to a portion of the brackets and the end caps of the ProMaster adapter # TH301650.

I have included a couple pictures that show where this is applied.

On step 3 section A you can see where the sandpaper adhesive and primer is used. Basically it's along the edge of the bracket where the exclamation point logo is.

While we don't have an install video I attached a link to the install instructions for the Dodge ProMaster Van Adapter part #TH301650 that you referenced. The sika glue is used on the end caps of the adapters.
