I went out to the warehouse and was able to measure the Dometic Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # DMC38FR and found that the mounting holes are spaced approximately 18-5/8" apart from center to center of the holes. Even though your tabs don't match up this cover comes with new mounting brackets to make it more of a universal fit for multiple different vents. If you have to swap out the mounting brackets to the ones included with the cover you'll want to also pick up some more self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 to cover up the mounting screws that on the vent that you'll have to remove to add in the brackets.
