There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us what size leaf springs are used on your 2014 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel but it's very easy to determine. You'll first need to loosen the lug nuts on one of the wheels and then jack that side of the trailer up to take the weight off of the leaf springs. You can then remove the wheel and you'll need a tape measure to measure from center to center of the leaf spring eyelets. You can just measure from center to center of the bolt heads instead of removing the leaf spring for the measurement.

Once we have the measurement we'll just need to know the axle capacity so that we can choose the proper capacity leaf springs. With your trailer's GVWR being around 10,000lbs you most likely have a 4k or 5k axle. If you had a 5k axle and a 30" eyelet to eyelet measurement then you could get the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 5,000-lb Trailer Axles # UG34FR.

A lot of people prefer to have a spare on hand in the event that one broke out on the road but it's important to replace both sets of leaf springs on the axle at the same time. This keeps your suspension even to prevent any further issues. You should also replace your u-bolts any time that you remove them to swap out a suspension component. To determine the correct size u-bolts you'll want to measure the diameter of your axle and check the capacity to match the axle. I've attached a couple of my videos below where I go through measuring the leaf springs and how to replace them that I recommend checking out.
