Trunk Mount Bike Rack for a 2010 Audi Q5

Will the Thule OutWay fit a 2010 Audi Q5 and if not what would you recommend?

We do have a trunk mount bike rack option for your 2010 Audi Q5 but the Thule OutWay, # TH45JV, will not fit because of the design of the vehicle. There is an upper trim piece, like a spoiler, at the top of the hatch that would interfere with the proper installation of the bike rack.

But you can use the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack, # HRF2. This rack has an additional upper arm piece that moves the top straps over that rear trim piece so that there is no weight on it. I have included a link to a video showing how the rack works.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # HRBA-PRO. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wifes bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my sons bike at all.
