The likelihood that two separate Excel RV Tankless Water Heaters # EX93FR wouldn't heat the water in your trailer is pretty low so I would say you possibly have an issue with your water or gas. You'll want to first make sure that you've inserted two D batteries in the unit to operate the ignitor. You'll need to check the water pressure to ensure you're getting around 40-50 psi, you can use a pressure regulator like # A01-1124VP if you're using city water. If you're running off of a water pump you can check the pressure to ensure it's high enough as well, but you'd likely notice low pressure because your faucets would be spurting instead of giving you a steady flow.

The next thing to check would be the gas pressure to ensure that the unit is receiving 11" WC. This will likely require a licensed technician since the tools need to check gas pressure aren't readily available for most consumers. If the pressure is too low then your regulator is possibly in need of replacement or a good cleaning.
