Parts Needed to go From Roller Bunks to Bunk Boards  

Question:

Hi, I have a roller boat trailer and am considering making it a bunk trailer. What parts would you recommend? I have a tidewater trailer, Date of MFG 05/2003 TRT5400D2, Trailering capacity 5400 lb. Thanks!

By "roller boat trailer" I believe you are saying you have roller bunks and by "bunk trailer" I think you're saying you want to go from those to bunk boards. If so, you can do that by just getting the correct length bunk boards for your needs and the brackets to attach them. You can just measure the roller bunks you have and get the same length of bunk boards:

- 7 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27845

- 6 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27840

- 5 Feet: CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers # CE27820

For brackets use CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies - 9" # CE10000G-4 or 11" # CE10001G-4 with CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4.
