Are Fishwires Included With Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13186

Does the pull wire with the spring for pulling the bolts through the frame come with the hitch package?

According to the installation instructions for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13186 there are six 7/16" fishwires included to help get the bolts in place to mount the hitch. I've attached a short video below that will walk you through the installation.
