Looking for enclosed trailer fender 11 inches wide single axle bolt on black color or any would please someone contact me I think 15 inches wheel

The best match we have to what you described is the Plastic, Single-Axle Trailer Fender w/ Top and Side Steps # PF11X35W, but since this is only currently available in white I recommend getting the set as part # PF11X35W-2 so you can have both sides of your trailer matching.
This fender setup matches everything you mentioned aside from the black color, which it sounded like you're willing to be flexible with.
